I've taken my pets here for over 10 years. They have everything you'd need: doctors, surgery, grooming, boarding. They're easy to book, easy to find and if you have care credit they're also easy to pay.
Getting my pup neutered was such a stressful thing for plan for at first, after calling around to find pricing, Gahanna Animal Hospital has BY FAR the most affordable prices for neutering without sacrificing the awesome customer service and quality of care. They are the easiest vet to get ahold, and the most efficient. My dog has been to 4 vets due to my occupation moving me around, and I can confidently recommend this place for your pet. The process for the neuter ended up being very streamlined, and staff called to check up on Buddy post-op as well to make sure everything was going well. Thank you to the staff and all the people that make this place the best vet around!
My first appointment at GAH was with DR Debbie Riebel! She was very Kind to My pets and Very Friendly and open with me. We moved from out of sate and Dr Riebel explained the differences in how often Vaccines were required in Ohio. She was very cost conscience and offered options and recommendations that could be less costly but still keep my pets healthy. Office staff was also kind and friendly and very competent! I will definitely make GAH my permanent vet!
I have pretty much always had a wonderful experience with Gahanna Animal Hospital. I’ve used their services for over 16 years. Even when they helped me make the difficult decision to lay to rest two of my Furbabies, they were very kind and many of the staff members signed the sympathy cards I received for both my Connor and Coal. Because of their services, Connor lived well beyond his years with a heart murmur (he passed when he was 13) and Coal was able to live just as long. Although I am sure they see many clients, I always feel like I am treated like they know me personally. Thank you for everything you do! Also, thank you for taking such good care of my current Furbabies Chloe and Beau! They are tiny dogs but they sure cut a monkey for their check ups and Dr. Klay is just so patient with them!
2 of my kittys, Viktor & James have been sick needing Vet care in the recent past few weeks. I'm so thankful for the people at GAH where I KNOW my kittys receive the best medical attention given by experienced, caring, friendly Veterinarians. In fact, everyone I've come into contact with who works at GAH has been friendly and kind. GAH is the BEST!!
